Refund Policy

At adzperformance.pk customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • You have received the wrong item.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Note: Certain items such as perishable goods, or customized items are non-refundable unless faulty.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at 0302 2612392 with your order number and issue details.

  2. Attach clear photos/videos of the product and packaging, if applicable.

  3. Our team will verify the claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash, as per your preference.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Shipping Charges

  • If the refund is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the refund is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. No Refunds in the Following Cases

  • Change of mind after 7 days.

  • Product returned in used or damaged condition (unless it arrived that way).

  • Sale items or clearance stock (unless defective).

  • Delays caused by courier services (unless it exceeds 14 working days from dispatch date).
